Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, while providing exceptional service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have basic experience in talent acquisition or HR-related roles, as well as a strong understanding of relevant labour laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software used to manage candidate data and workflows.
  • Ability to source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and initiatives to promote our organisation as an employer of choice.
