Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team in Asia Pacific. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hiring top talent for various functions, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in APAC. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize data-driven approaches to source candidates from various channels, including social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Implement effective pipeline management processes to ensure seamless candidate flow.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates receive excellent service throughout their application journey. Foster open communication, provide regular updates, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Talent Management: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requisition processes, and interview guides. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
