Job Title:

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to synchronize talent attraction strategies with long-term workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and industry platforms to attract top talent.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other key partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that reflect organizational culture and values, resulting in a strong employer brand.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback, and candidate experience to ensure a seamless journey for candidates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.
  • Monitor competitor practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements impacting recruitment to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive recruitment journey and strengthen employer branding.
  • Support digital transformation projects to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, proven recruitment experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in ATS systems, and creativity in problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years in previous roles, demonstrating resilience and commitment.
