Talent Attraction Strategist

Key responsibilities include managing the full cycle of recruitment and talent sourcing for professional positions in various countries or regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for attracting top talent.
  • Design comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of job requirements, business needs, and talent gaps.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, P&C Business Partners, vendors, and colleagues in the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies.
  • Analyze hiring needs and provide forecasts for employee hiring.
Requirements:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the organization's culture and business to effectively communicate the career opportunity to candidates.
  • Nurture a network of internal and external contacts to source high potential talent.
  • Develop and execute effective talent sourcing plans.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Adhere to company policies and standard systems.
