We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and creative sourcing methods. If you have a passion for building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on hiring needs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing talent attraction plans to meet business objectives
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to selection
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND ENSURING ALIGNMENT ON HIRING NEEDS
  • Crafting compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Leveraging diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics to optimize strategies
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent attraction or recruitment, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Creative and solution-oriented approach to sourcing and recruitment challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
