Manager / Senior Manager (Talent Attraction and Manpower Planning), Human Resource
**What you will be working on**
You will be part of the HR team to review, formulate and implement HR policies, initiatives and processes to support EMA’s mission and goals in the area of Talent Attraction and Manpower Planning. This includes developing effective employer branding strategies and planning suitable outreach activities to the institutions to reach out to the youths in enhancing EMA’s visibility as an employer of choice, and coordinating resources & contents to participate in career, internship and scholarship fairs/talks. You will also manage the EMA Undergraduate Scholarship programme and conduct regular reviews of the assessment framework & policies to ensure its relevancy and effectiveness in meeting organisational talent requirements. Synergising with talent attraction, this role requires you to work in partnership with line departments to understand their manpower requirements and implement effective staffing strategies to meet these needs. You will be involved in the entire spectrum of the recruitment process, internship, on-boarding and internal deployment of staff. You will also be responsible for organisational manpower planning, monitoring and reporting, as well as strategic workforce transformation initiatives.
**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Highly adaptable, versatile and able to multi-task in a dynamic and changing environment
- Able to conceptualise and articulate policies, as well as work well both strategically and operationally
- Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness
- Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well with people at all levels
Remuneration and appointment will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
All new appointments will be offered on contract basis.
