**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on close to three decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest providers of active ageing, senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care services in Singapore. We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior
group home. In addition, we run a family medicine clinic.
Our purpose is to achieve ‘health for life'; enabling healthy and fulfilling years by being a trusted partner of seniors and their families in our community.
DESIGNATION : Senior Associate, HR Talent Attraction
RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team. You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Partner and drive strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies such as e2i, WSG
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
- Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process.
- Identify trends, competitor practices and analyse data to drive and influence the business unit with innovative talent attraction strategies
- Support HR digital transformation projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and devise innovative talent attraction strategies.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and terminology is advantageous.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools
- IHRP Certification would be advantageous
