**The Role**:
This 360 role will involve leading recruitment efforts and contributing to the business's growth by acquiring clients, managing job orders, and shaping our long-term vision. You’ll have the autonomy to drive your own initiatives while working closely with the founders to grow the business.
- **Business Development**: Identify and acquire corporate clients, build long-term relationships, and secure job orders by offering tailored recruitment solutions.

- **Experience**: 2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
