Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent for our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research to identify potential candidates, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and other digital tools used in recruitment marketing.
