About the Role:

This is a key position for our global recruitment team, responsible for hiring top talent across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines and meet business hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the application journey
  • Collaborate with global recruitment teams on broader recruitment initiatives to provide regional perspective and contribute to process enhancements
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Ability to drive excellence and set an example in recruiting business partnering with senior leaders
  • Experience in DEI recruiting, including driving best practices such as diverse slates and mitigating biases
  • Strong data analysis skills to support hiring recommendations and improve recruitment processes
  • Technical sourcing skills to build a pipeline of passive talent
