    • Assist in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant, including supervising and training part-time service staff to Outlet standards of excellence.
    • Monitor setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of dining areas, adhering to company's standard operating procedures and food safety regulations.
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience by constantly obtaining feedback and addressing any concerns.
    • Attend to guest complaints and provide strong support to superiors to improve restaurant operations.
  • Inventory and Administration
    • Receive and check inventory of goods and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
    • Perform duties such as ordering, serving, clearing, and setting of tables, promoting sales and being familiar with promotions and menu.
  • Team Management
    • Motivate and cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant, maintaining utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among service staff.
    • Supervise and train part-time service staff to Outlet standards of excellence, adhering to company's standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Food and Beverage, Retail, and Customer Service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and company's standard operating procedures.
