Strategic Development Lead

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving corporate strategy and development. You will work closely with stakeholders to review and prioritize strategic workplan initiatives in response to changing operating landscapes and government directives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the annual workplan and financial budget for collective appreciation and decision-making. You will also prepare presentation slides on corporate strategy, annual workplans, and budgets.

Additionally, you will provide secretariat support, including minute-taking, and staffing meetings and conversations as part of our headquarters team. You will oversee and maintain the calendar of events and coordinate strategic-level meetings.

The position requires facilitating reporting of work targets and workstreams by various departments and divisions. You will review and monitor corporate KPIs and goals, staff and facilitate discussions to drive consensus among stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will facilitate working-level discussions and timely follow-up on requirements for overall workspace planning. Manage the overall office and space seating plan for our department.

You will organize events such as town halls and other staff engagement activities to support the communication of corporate strategy and foster organizational team bonding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with strong communication and writing skills
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Possess sense-making and critical thinking skills
  • Prior experience in secretarial work and healthcare is an advantage
