As a strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate Development team in Asia and senior executives across our global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Pipeline Support: Maintain a pipeline of potential M&A targets.
  • Deal Process Support: Assist the M&A process from initial sourcing to completion, including preliminary assessment, due diligence teams, and recommending transaction feasibility.
  • Financial and M&A Modelling: Develop detailed financial and M&A models to support decision-making.
  • Investment Material Creation: Prepare investment papers and supporting materials for transaction assessment and approval.
  • Cross-functional Teaming: Work with internal business segments and external advisors to handle all aspects of transactions effectively.
  • Industry Research: Conduct industry research to support inorganic growth strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years proven experience in M&A execution within Big 4 or Investment Banking.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
  • High level of analytical rigor, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
