Job Title: Strategic Corporate Development Specialist
At Tricor Group, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Corporate Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of our corporate strategy, driving growth through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and divestitures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, business operations, and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and negotiate deals.
  • Support the development of financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in M&A execution, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
