Corporate Lawyer Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Expert to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will provide strategic legal support and guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other corporate development activities.

The role involves managing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the execution of complex transactions aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing legal risks associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Providing strategic legal support for corporate development activities
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), with admission to the Singapore Bar or any other common law jurisdiction
  • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience
  • Strong experience in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate transactions
  • Familiarity with cross-border deal structures and regulatory regimes
