Corporate Lawyer for Strategic Growth

About the Role:

This role involves providing expert legal advice on Singapore law and international regulations. The organization is focused on steel-related product trading and distribution, as well as property development.

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with various stakeholders.
  • Lead business development activities, including strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Requirements:

  • Licensed lawyer with a degree in law (LLB) from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in either a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
  • Proven expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
