Jumbo Group Of Restaurants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine to manage our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered to our customers.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Develop and implement HACCP and 5S programs to maintain a sanitary environment and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and optimize kitchen supplies to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu items and specials.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine.
  • Possess basic food hygiene certificate.
  • Good physical condition and endurance.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
