Talent Acquisition Internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering our company's talent acquisition capabilities and supporting global recruitment efforts. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing, recruitment marketing, and HR project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and Engage Potential Candidates: Utilize various channels, including social media platforms and university career portals, to identify and connect with top talent.
  • Maintain and Expand the Talent Pool: Develop and maintain relationships with key universities, colleges, and professional networks to expand our talent pool and recruitment channels.
  • Create Effective Recruitment Marketing Materials: Assist in designing and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies, including job descriptions, job postings, and other relevant materials.
  • Support Other HR-Related Projects: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
