**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
DESIGNATION : Associate, Talent Acquisition (1 year contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team. You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.
The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to implement a long-term manpower planning strategy. This includes identifying appropriate sources of talent and management of strategic partners to develop a talent pipeline supporting business growth and employer branding.
- Identify trends and analyse data to drive recruiting strategies and support recruitment database management
- Support employees' onboarding, performance, and talent programs
- Support HR digital transformation projects
- Provide project management expertise to ensure key performance metrics and projects are on track
- Coaching on emerging HR technologies, delivery methods, and project best practices
- Manage strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies
- Participate in job fairs and career events in educational institutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Work experience in the employee life cycle from recruitment, orientation, and development to engagement
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong learning agility
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Someone who is passionate about creating great work experiences
