Talent Acquisition Associate / Talent Sourcer I Contract

Job Title: Talent Sourcer (Contract – 5 Months)

Responsibilities
  • Source professionals across a wide range of roles.
  • Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, from identifying talent to engagement.
  • Partner with the global recruiting team to implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies, ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring needs and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within ATS/TMS tools to support recruiting operations.
Experience / Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support roles.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates, particularly from direct competitors.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cold-call and connect with potential candidates.
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing methods and effective interviewing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies.
