Job Summary

As an Talent Acquisition Associate, you will kickstart your career in consulting and talent advisory. You will learn how to source and evaluate candidates, engage with clients, and manage the recruitment process for senior and specialised roles across industries. With close mentorship, you'll gain the skills to become a trusted partner in executive search.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and research
  • Screen and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
  • Support consultants in preparing CVs, proposals, and client presentations
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and maintain candidate relationships
  • Conduct market research and build talent maps for specialised industries
  • Track recruitment activities and outcomes for reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organised in managing candidate information
  • Accountable and motivated to achieve results
