Job Description

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience)

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers in resolving performance issues with our products.
  • Develop and maintain claims handling procedures to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with local sales and customer service teams to enhance product performance and service offering.
  • Promote UPM's technical consultancy services and provide input for product and business intelligence by monitoring industry and product trends.
  • Represent UPM at customer sites and develop multi-level contacts to support sales efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience and knowledge of printing, label and packaging papers is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the SEA region.
