Operational Excellence Strategist Role
">The Operational Excellence Strategist supports the operational excellence and lean transformation to achieve World-Class Operations Management. This role assists company stakeholders in executing process improvement initiatives across operations, simplifying the process landscape and enhancing the ability of all processes to deliver on time, on budget, and with world-class service levels to customers.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic roadmaps to drive operational excellence and optimize business expenditure, ensuring alignment with annual objectives.">
- Implement a World-Class Operations Management culture by structured daily tiered accountability meetings and encouraging problem-solving among operations stakeholders.">
- Facilitate reviews of operations performance, presenting key metrics, insights, and progress updates on cost-saving initiatives to local and regional leaders, driving informed decision-making and strategic alignment.">
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of operational excellence initiatives.">
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on Business Development costing models.">
- Lead root cause analysis workshops within operations to identify and address underlying issues.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration required.">
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials preferred.">
- Formal training or certification in Data analytics or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) highly desirable.">
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing operational excellence initiatives at a country level.">
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing capacity.">
- Exceptional team and workshop facilitation skills, strong business acumen.">
