Senior Photolithography Process Improvement Leader

Job Opportunity
As a leader in worldwide collaboration, you will be responsible for driving technology innovation and process improvement in high-volume manufacturing. This involves leading scanner matching and alignment across global sites, facilitating structured working forums to guide equipment supplier strategy and roadmap alignment, championing innovation to solve current and future photolithography challenges, managing your area of responsibility in alignment with company objectives and business processes, providing proactive input to improve and optimize processes, coordinating priorities and activities to accomplish project goals effectively, prioritizing and managing multiple projects aligned with Fab and corporate objectives, leading projects through full lifecycle, defining success metrics, selecting and motivating high-performing project teams and stakeholders, tracking and benchmarking Fab performance metrics, developing and executing strategic roadmaps to elevate manufacturing performance, fostering team morale, open dialogue, and strong relationships across global teams, providing tactical support for issues related to people, safety, cost, scale, speed, and quality, strengthening relationships within the photolithography community, collaborating with Global Procurement and Global Quality to resolve technical concerns, maintaining open and effective communication with peer groups and cross-functional teams, promoting global knowledge sharing and timely issue resolution, keeping stakeholders informed of project status, progress, and opportunities, staying current with TD and manufacturing processes and business practices, setting and pursuing clear, measurable development goals, mentoring and coaching team members to support career progression, collaborating with training teams to develop advanced training methods, and maintaining awareness of equipment and material safety concerns.
This role requires a demonstrated understanding of worldwide high-volume manufacturing network operations, proven ability in team development and leading transformative initiatives, familiarity with Front End (FE) manufacturing, reticle manufacturing, and fab processes, ability to manage Global Project and Resource, skilled at communicating effectively across various organizational levels, proficient in project management with a strong customer focus, continuous learning on the job and providing technical mentoring for peers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering is required, with a minimum of 15 years' experience working as an innovator in photolithography / metrology area in wafer fabs. ASML EUV Scanner experience will be an advantage.
