Job Title: Director, Photo MAP

Lead a global team to achieve outstanding performance and cost in Photo and Metrology as the Director of Photo MAP.

Your direct team innovates, develops, deploys and transforms standards for photolithography productivity, overlay control for today and in the future in high volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish your organization and develop your team: build up, train, and enable collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Create business strategies and roadmaps together with category collaborator groups to achieve best-in-class performance and cost.
  • Partner with key collaborators throughout the photolithography community.
  • Lead worldwide efforts to enhance product-based performance through equipment or applications-based improvements.
  • Engage with both internal and external suppliers to strengthen partnerships and lead initiatives to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead worldwide efforts to transform VOC (Voice of the Customer) to enhance business processes or standards.
  • Contribute to global expansion projects in both existing facilities and greenfield sites.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations across the photolithography community and beyond.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the worldwide factory network functions.
  • Demonstrated team development and leading strategic, transformative initiatives.
  • Front End (FE) manufacturing or reticle manufacturing, fab process knowledge.
  • Personnel and resources management, development and mentoring.
  • Effective communication at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Effective project management with exceptional customer focus.
  • Voracious learner and educator.
