Senior Photolithography and Metrology Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in photolithography and metrology to lead our global factory network operations. This role requires strong leadership and strategic initiative skills to drive innovation and growth across various geographical regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies for high-volume manufacturing.
- Manage multiple projects aligned with fab and corporate objectives, prioritizing and coordinating activities to achieve project goals effectively.
- Track and benchmark fab performance metrics, identifying and sharing best known methods (BKMs) to elevate manufacturing performance.
This position requires a minimum of 15 years' experience working as an innovator in photolithography / metrology area in wafer fabs. ASML EUV Scanner experience is highly desirable. A bachelor's/master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering is also essential.
