">This is an exceptional opportunity to lead technology innovation and process improvement in high-volume manufacturing, working closely with global teams. Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, guiding equipment supplier strategy, and championing innovation to solve current and future photolithography challenges.
">We are seeking a highly experienced leader who can manage priorities and activities effectively, prioritize and manage multiple projects aligned with Fab and corporate objectives, and lead projects through full lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining success metrics, selecting and motivating high-performing project teams and stakeholders, tracking and benchmarking Fab performance metrics, developing and executing strategic roadmaps to elevate manufacturing performance, and fostering team morale and open dialogue.
">You will also provide tactical support for issues related to people, safety, cost, scale, speed, and quality, collaborate with Global Procurement and Global Quality to resolve technical concerns, maintain open and effective communication with peer groups and cross-functional teams, promote global knowledge sharing and timely issue resolution, keep stakeholders informed of project status, progress, and opportunities, and stay current with TD and manufacturing processes and business practices.
">To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of worldwide high-volume manufacturing network operations, proven ability in team development and leading transformative initiatives, familiarity with Front End (FE) manufacturing, reticle manufacturing, and fab processes, ability to manage Global Project and Resource, skilled at communicating effectively across various organizational levels, proficient in project management with a strong customer focus, continuous learning on the job, and providing technical mentoring for peers.
">A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering is required, with a minimum of 15 years' experience working as an innovator in photolithography / metrology area in wafer fabs. ASML EUV Scanner experience will be an advantage.
