- Develop process specifications and operator instructions for seamless execution.
- Evaluate, verify, and execute procedures to maintain product quality and minimize defects.
- Support new device, material, and equipment qualification to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for discrepancies and deviations from established protocols.
- Contribute to yield improvement, SPC control, and troubleshooting of stepper and track issues to optimize production efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting, Construction, Continuous Process Improvement, Interpersonal Skills, Physics, Electrical, Reliability, Chemistry, Structural Engineering, Equipment Qualification, Materials Engineering, SPC, Team Player, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering.
