Job Title: Global Collaboration and Technology Pathfinder
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive global collaboration across teams, define and scale new technology paths for high-volume manufacturing.
About the Role:
This key position will lead global collaboration efforts to drive scanner matching and alignment across sites. The successful candidate will facilitate structured working forums to guide equipment supplier strategy and roadmap alignment, champion innovation to solve current and future photolithography challenges.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have expertise in global factory networks, leadership, and strategic initiatives.
- Should possess knowledge of manufacturing processes, project/resource management, effective communication, customer-focused project management, and continuous learning advocacy.
- Must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in photolithography/metrology areas in wafer fabs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive global collaboration to achieve scanner matching and alignment across sites.
- Foster a culture of innovation to address current and future photolithography challenges.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technology pathfinding initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing across global facilities.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure they meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of photolithography/metrology.
- Proven track record of leading global collaboration efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
