Are you looking for a challenging role that combines process engineering with leadership skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer Leader to join our team.This is a key position within our process engineering group, where you will lead initiatives to design, standardize and optimize processes across multiple disciplines.The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and experience in leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining best practices, tools, templates and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.We are seeking a talented individual who can collaborate with engineering teams to drive process improvements and support new project initiatives.   • Lead cross-functional teams to improve process performance using data-driven methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, tools, templates, procedures and process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive process improvements and support new project initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize process performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field).
  • Master's degree in chemistry or industrial environmental engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in process engineering and solutions, and collaboration with other business functions (operations, sales, supply chain etc.).
  • Proven ability and experience in developing mathematical templates used to calculate and optimize process flows.
  • Hands-on involvement in building engineering teams and solution capabilities or integration projects is a must.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in managing engineering teams that can provide industrial and municipal water treatment solutions.
