Job Title: Senior Process Engineering Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of process engineers in various aspects of process capability and continuous improvement, material disposition, and resource planning.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong technical background in electrical/electronics/mechanical/chemical engineering or a related field. They must have a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results and lead by example.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics/mechanical/chemical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wafer fab or bump fab
- Minimum 5 years of experience at management level
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of process engineers in various aspects of process capability and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies for material disposition and resource planning
