Process Improvement Leader

**Job Overview**
The Innovation Manager role is part of the team driving process improvements across schools through data-informed insights.
Key responsibilities include engaging schools in deep-dive reviews to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation and efficiency gains.
Evaluating and developing data analytics solutions to enhance capacity in schools and Schools Division for data-informed decision-making is also a key responsibility.
Additionally, leading the documentation and scaling of good practices, including implementing frameworks and monitoring adoption, will be an essential part of this role.
Change management efforts will also be driven in partnership with schools and HQ divisions.
**Requirements**
- Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- An analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualisation, including proficiency in data visualisation tools.
- Experience in school administration or public sector operations would be beneficial.
