Terminal Administrator

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of terminal handling processes and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Responsibilities include accurately inputting airway bill data for import and export cargo for billing purposes
  • Maintaining records and documentation for all cargo shipments
  • Coordinating with terminal handling staff to ensure smooth processing of cargo
  • Handling customer inquiries related to cargo shipments and documentation
  • Ensuring all cargo-related data is updated and accurate in the system
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and office duties as required

Requirements include previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, particularly in cargo handling. Knowledge of terminal handling processes for air cargo (import & export) is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work independently in an office environment are essential.

Additional requirements include willingness to work in a secure and controlled office environment and pass required security checks.
