Terminal Operations Specialist

The position of Senior Analyst involves overseeing the Annual Delivery Program (ADP) and optimizing storage capacity at the terminal. This role requires collaboration with terminal users and operations teams to ensure SLNG's obligations are met.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Finalizing the ADP in accordance with terminal use agreements and operating procedures;
- Assessing customer requested changes to the ADP;
- Monitoring LNG inventory levels to ensure sufficient ullage is available for contractual obligations;
- Managing ad-hoc scheduling requirements;
- Coordinating with commercial and terminal operations teams to maximize commercial value;
This role also involves supporting other activities within commercial operations, including billing support and job rotation within the Throughput Business Group.
The ideal candidate will possess good analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and a keen understanding of LNG regasification terminal operations and Terminal Use Agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Audit support, including yearly and ad-hoc reconciliation;
- Data audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies;
- Timely review of credit support quantum with customers;
- Providing support for internal and external audits as necessary;
The incumbent will also maintain and update operating and accounting procedures, manage agreements between SLNG and terminal users, and perform any other duties assigned by their reporting manager.
