Job Title: Terminal Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terminal Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our terminals.

Your primary focus will be on managing terminal operations, including terminal enhancements, custodial, parking, and terminal décor. You will also lead a team of Port Service Managers and Vendors to ensure excellent Guest service and adherence to our company's standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in managing third-party vendors and complex governmental relationships, as well as demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for Guest Service.

You will work closely with Government officials, vendors, and shore-side partners to support online check-in efforts and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Terminal Operations Management: Manage terminal operations, including terminal enhancements, custodial, parking, and DCL terminal décor.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of Port Service Managers and Vendors to ensure excellent Guest service and adherence to our company's standards.
  • Relationship Management: Work closely with Government officials, vendors, and shore-side partners to support online check-in efforts and maintain relationships.
