About Us:

  • As a leading terminal operations professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of truck, drumming, tank cleaning, and inventory management.
  • You will oversee the incident investigations, troubleshooting, and emergency response as Site Main Controller, leveraging your expertise to drive compliance, discipline, and continuous improvement in operations.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing process control, recovery, ship–shore variance, and permit-to-work coordination, as well as supporting plant turnaround, inspections, and terminal maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SHEQ, VF, ISO, regulatory, safety, and audit requirements, acting as PFSO, Work-at-Height supervisor, and PTW approver.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal/external customers is crucial, handling complaints, reviews, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • You will train, coach, and develop staff; conduct appraisals and close competency gaps, while driving team motivation, talent development, and succession planning.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant terminal operations experience in similar industry.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Team Coordinator.
  • At least 3 GCE 'O' Level Credits (including a Science subject) / NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology.
  • Wealth of hands-on knowledge of terminal operations and in-depth site-specific knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of products, equipment, and a seasoned SHE expert.
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress-critical.
  • Demonstrate supervisory and strong team leadership capabilities.
  • Well-versed and ability to manage emergency situations and response.
  • Well-versed in process emergency response.
  • Demonstrate capabilities in Gas/Petroleum/Petchem operations.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Teamwork.
