We are seeking a seasoned Market Development professional to drive our organization's growth and success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an annual learning and development plan that aligns with our strategic business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive training strategy that ensures all employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver high-quality training programs.
- Forecast and manage training expenses to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to achieve business goals.
Requirements and Skills
A bachelor's degree in HR, Adult Education, Business Management, or a related field is required.
Expert training planning skills and solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management are essential.
Candidates must possess a collaborative mindset, team leadership ability, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with the East Asian market is highly advantageous, as is having a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
