Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to drive market expansion in the air cargo, freight forwarding, and logistics sectors.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and developing effective strategies to drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. This will inform the development of targeted business strategies to drive growth.
  • Sales Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. Utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with potential clients and close deals.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their ongoing success as partners. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. Develop compelling product presentations, proposals, and contracts that showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in enterprise software and hardware technology solutions to the air cargo and logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing complex sales pipelines, and achieving sustainable targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (as needed).
