About Our Team:
We're a dynamic IT support group that relies on our drivers to deliver exceptional services to our customers. As an Operations and Administration Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting our drivers, ensuring they receive top-notch care and attention.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to our drivers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Regularly follow up with drivers to gather feedback and assess their experience.
- Identify opportunities for re-contract deals and upsell better vehicles or longer lease contracts.
- Keep customers informed about the latest promotions and product offerings.
Our Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, a passion for helping others, and strong problem-solving skills. If you can communicate effectively and maintain a caring attitude while identifying sales opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
