Office Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Oversee the reception desk and ensure it is fully operational during office hours.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including catering and logistics.
- Manage external contracts, including cleaning, stationery, and plant supplies.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and equipment.
Team Support
Provide administrative support to the HR, Finance, and Client Servicing teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Support the coordination of internal and external meetings.
Communication and Organization
Develop and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of information.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
