Learning and Development Professional

This role oversees learning and development activities for retail employees, focusing on regional strategies and harmonizing brand/customer experience across Singapore DTC stores. The person will partner closely with SEA Retail Management and Global Customer Experience teams to deliver training solutions addressing talent gaps and positively impacting guest experience.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Training & Development to analyze, adapt, implement, develop, and measure global onboarding and training curriculum in alignment with retail management team goals. They will lead field training, including new store opening training, one-on-one coaching, interactive learning workshops, and ensure associates are confident product experts.
Key responsibilities include working closely with retail management to conduct training needs analysis, providing regular feedback, developing local initiatives to improve the training experience, and conducting frequent store visits to observe best practices and opportunities. The role also includes delivering training programs directly or with internal/external partners, preparing statistical reports and feedback surveys, driving Mystery Shopper results, and leading workshops and content development for the annual store leader conference.
The accomplished individual will possess a degree holder with 5 years of training experience in retail, luxury, or FMCG sector, holding professional training qualifications is an advantage, field coaching experience is an advantage, adaptable to fast pace, flexible during times of change, strong communicator at verbal and written level, passionate about retail, self-motivated, independent, energetic, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong collaborator, project management skills, and flexible to work in office and stores.
