The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Communications to join our Employee Communications team in APAC. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to amplify the narrative and vision of Adobe's business, purpose, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Communications Strategy: Create and execute a strategic communications plan to reinforce key business messages, lead crisis and change management communications, and partner with local leadership, legal, and employee experience teams.
  • Employee Communications Strategy: Develop and execute communication programs in partnership with cross-functional teams across APAC, driving an always-on internal communications rhythm and amplifying the Adobe story to employees.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted internal communications advisor to key business leaders and partners in APAC, coordinating with external-facing teams to further amplify the Adobe story.
  • Thought Leadership: Drive consistency in regional messaging, advancing Adobe's global corporate narrative to inspire and inform local employees.
  • Compelling Storytelling: Inspire through authentic, relevant, and timely content, amplifying the Adobe story through various communication channels.
  • Innovative Communication Assets: Develop high-quality communication assets, including email, internal community social channel posts, long and short-form copy for the intranet, in-person and hybrid events, podcasts, videos, animations, and more.
  • Best-in-Class Practices & Processes: Build and implement best-in-class communications practices and processes to drive efficiencies in how Adobe's APAC Employee Brand Communications team operates.

Requirements

  • Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution easily.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in articulating complex and nuanced issues internally, related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations across the APAC region.
  • Experience supporting businesses in APAC jurisdictions.
  • Experience and passion for rapid response and crisis communications.
  • Expertise in both traditional and emerging media and channels.
  • Innovative thinking, not afraid to take risks and push Adobe in new directions.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate nuanced issues, strategies, and briefs clearly.
  • Inherent curiosity, with an appetite for an exciting opportunity on a fun, collaborative team.
  • Significant relevant work experience.
