As a Senior Lyf Guard, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive community at lyf. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Lyf Champion in managing the team of Lyf Guards, while also performing the role of a Lyf Guard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Lyf residents with their check-in process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Encourage residents to download the DiscoverASR app to explore and interact with the lyf community.
  • Explore the various functions of the app with residents, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle guest queries and facilitate communication and requests.
  • Handle resident queries pertaining to facilities, services, registration, and information regarding shopping, banking, dining, entertainment, local events, etc.
  • Deal with complaints from residents and ensure that residents are appeased.
  • Conduct tours for Lyf residents and potential residents, as well as business partners.
  • Handle resident-related correspondences.
Operational Efficiency
  • Monitor the record of room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS).
  • Ensure that processes carried out by the Lyf Guard team adhere to corporate guidelines.
  • Perform book-keeping activities as necessary.
  • Assist the housekeeping department with regular rounds to ensure the cleanliness of the property – especially the social spaces.
  • Handle walk-ins, emails, and phone enquiries.
  • Execute light housekeeping/engineering duties and liaise with relevant outsourced contractors.
  • Ensure that there is sufficient stationery and marketing collaterals.
  • Review activities in the Lyf Guard team, improving the department, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Ensure all resident refunds through credit cards are submitted to Finance on a timely basis.
Creating an Inclusive Community
  • Notice guest preferences and manage their profiles.
  • Assist the Ambassador of Buzz (partnerships and events manager) in curating an event calendar for in-house guests and executing community initiatives.
  • Solve resident-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage resident expectations.
  • Proactively interact with residents and provide constructive recommendations to enhance their stay experience.
