Job Title: Senior lyf Guard

The Senior lyf Guard is a key member of our community team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents. This role requires a unique blend of hospitality, community management, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lyf Champion in managing the team of lyf Guards, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional service and support.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including assisting with check-in, encouraging residents to download the DiscoverASR app, and exploring the various functions of the app with residents.
  • Handle guest queries, facilitate communication and requests, and deal with complaints from residents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct tours for lyf residents and potential residents, as well as business partners, to showcase our community and services.
  • Handle resident-related correspondences, ensuring that all communication is clear, concise, and respectful.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Monitor the record of room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS), ensuring that all rooms are accurately accounted for.
  • Ensure that processes carried out by the lyf Guard team adhere to corporate guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Perform book-keeping activities as necessary, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submission of resident refunds.
  • Assist the housekeeping department with regular rounds to ensure the cleanliness of the property, particularly in social spaces.
Creating an Inclusive Community:
  • Notice guest preferences and manage their profiles, ensuring that each resident feels valued and supported.
  • Assist the Ambassador of Buzz in curating an event calendar for in-house guests and executing community initiatives, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.
  • Solve resident-related issues, ensuring a cohesive community and managing resident expectations in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Proactively interact with residents, providing constructive recommendations to enhance their stay experience and promote a positive community spirit.
