A successful Regional Sales Director with a customer-centric approach is required to develop and execute sales strategies, train and supervise teams, and oversee the sale of video security and access control products within a specified territory.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive regional sales plans that align with business objectives and execute them effectively.
- Train and lead a team of channel account managers and representatives to ensure a unified sales force that meets business needs.
- Manage the sale of Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control products and services within the designated territory and accounts.
- Own and meet/exceed annual sales targets in assigned territories and accounts.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with Channel partners and Key Global accounts.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date on the security and surveillance landscape within assigned geographic locations.
- Identify emerging markets with potential business value.
- Represent the company at conferences, events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Proven sales executive experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong ability to articulate product features and position them against competitors.
- Experience in developing client-focused solutions and achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
