Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Customer Service and Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Management:
  • To establish and lead a high-performing customer service team, including developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • To develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for customer service operations.
  • To analyze customer needs and provide timely feedback to improve customer satisfaction and optimize customer service quality.
  • To handle internal and external customer inquiries and orders through automated systems or manual channels.
  • Administrative Support:
  • To provide administrative support to the HR function, including job advertisement, resume screening, and interview arrangement.
  • To assist in assessing training needs, designing, and establishing training matrices and plans.
  • To arrange for required training when necessary.
  • To work closely with corporate shared services counterparts.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business-related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in logistics, preferably in a healthcare or medical-related environment.
  • Strong linguistics skills in English and another native language or dialect.
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PPT.
Estimated Salary

S$60,000 - S$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
