Job Description

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality food products and maintaining exceptional kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pastry section, ensuring seamless production and delivery of goods.
  • Prepare a wide variety of bakery items according to company SOPs and in-house recipes.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and items, enhancing our product offerings.
  • Foster a culture of proper food handling and temperature control throughout the baking process.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on new products and procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
  • Possession of Food Hygiene Audit Certificate (WSQ) is an asset.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ) is required.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
