About the Role:

  • Coordinate the pastry team's schedule to meet peak demands.
  • Participate in quality control and regular tastings to ensure consistency.
Requirements:
  • Culinary school degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.
  • Possession of food safety and sanitation knowledge.
