Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our pastry department, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts according to hotel recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present pastries and desserts in accordance with hotel recipes and standards.
  • Support the Pastry Chef in daily culinary operations, including production, inventory management, and recipe development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times, adhering to strict hygiene standards and state/local health regulations.
  • Assist with the setup and presentation of a la carte pastry orders and buffet dessert displays, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and inviting presentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery & pastry field, preferably with hotel experience.
  • Certificate in Patisserie.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
