Pastry Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Specialist to join our kitchen team. This role involves the daily production of pastry products according to recipes and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality pastry products in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around your workstation and strictly adhere to health/sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Pastry Skills or its equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year of pastry experience.
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays.

Benefits:

  • Rostered work week with possible weekend/PH work.
  • Location: Buroh Lane Singapore (Shuttle service from Lakeside MRT).
